A groundbreaking Top Coat that serves as a Non-Wipe Top Coat and a Base for all Powder Effects! The perfect glossy finish that is a necessity for applying all Holo, Chrome or Mermaid Powders. Transform your nails and bring out that extra shine!

Apply this Non-Wipe Gel Top Coat on your base shade, cure for 60 seconds under LED and 2 minutes under UV and rub on your favourite Mitty Holo Powder, Chrome Powder. Basically any pigment powder you choose. Then, apply the Rub On Non-Wipe Top Coat to the nail and cure for 60 seconds to complete the look!

    PLEASE NOTE: Curing time may differ depending on the voltage of your nail art lamp.
